Texacan Beef & Pork Co., which produces and sells smoked meats and sauces, will donate the proceeds of its January and February retail sales to the American Red Cross Tsunami Relief Fund. Barker estimates his donation will total $50,000. This represents a significant percentage of his company’s annual sales and profits.
