Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC)

DMEC (www.dmec.org), San Diego, California, is a nonprofit organization founded in 1992 to advance the development of integrated disability management processes in all disability related employer programs. DMEC provides its membership a forum to discuss methods and procedures for program implementation through chapter meetings, seminars, written materials and professional development courses.

Its mission is to reduce the suffering of the world’s most vulnerable groups and to provide tools and resources needed to stabilize their communities and increase their self-sufficiency. IRD implements projects in Afghanistan, Libya, Palestine, Cambodia, Georgia, Ukraine and many more countries.
