Principor Communications to Provide Strategic Approach
To Growth-Oriented Enterprises
New Agency Will Help Organizations
"Master the Message to Master the Market"

WASHINGTON, DCSept. 30, 2002—Principor Communications today announced its entry into a public relations market ripe for its brand of strategic and results-oriented communications. Principor, founded by public relations veteran John Jordan, will provide counsel and programs for technology and other growth-oriented clients in the private and public sectors.

Jordan was most recently a Partner with The Aker Partners, where he developed a technology practice that propelled the agency to double digit growth in 2001 and 2002. Before joining Aker, Jordan was a Senior Vice President in Porter Novelli’s Washington, DC office. Jordan ran a growing technology practice that counted Nextel Communications among its clients. Jordan also spent three years in WeberShandwick’s Silicon Valley office where, in addition to working with technology companies, he managed the agency’s Northern California public affairs initiatives.

Principor will provide a full range of services, with a focus on strategic and results-oriented media relations. Principor’s team is composed of senior professionals who have worked with numerous enterprises in the private and public sectors. The agency’s affiliations with agencies throughout North America, Europe and Asia provide clients with global reach.

Principor launches with five clients: Lightspeed Systems (technology); Nucleus Solutions (technology); Ilixco, Inc. (consumer electronics); Workers Transition Network (disability and workers compensation management) and Miriam’s Kitchen (social service agency). In addition to conceiving and executing marketing communications campaigns, Principor promotes its clients’ issue agendas, including education about the Childrens’ Internet Protection Act (CIPA) and workersÕ compensation laws.

“There are a lot of organizations that view the current challenging climate as an opportunity to accelerate growth,” said John Jordan, President of Principor Communications. “That’s the kind of enterprise with which Principor works. Now more than ever, thoughtful communications programs executed by experienced people can help drive strategic goals.”
